- Don't contact us for more than two weeks.
- In the case of a bundled service package, you can claim for refund only for a particular service that doesn't suit your needs even after the revisions.

Closure of Project
- In case of a lack of communication between our customer support team and the client for more than 14 days, we stop working on that project.
- The project is considered closed if the client doesn't claim it within 14 days after its completion.
